snow report

we've been getting lots of good snow over the last few days. i've been working mostly split shifts 8-12, 5-8:30 - a five hour break to get up the mountain. went up the last couple of days, lots of good powder. went to a fairly advanced area today, at the top visibility was almost 0 which made it real hard, but a bit further down and it was great. but then there was a 5 km "cat track" (thin track just for getting from a -> b) which was a real pain - they can be icy and there's not enough room to turn easily. i've got some action digi video and pics from my friend stuart's camera which i'll try to post links to at some stage...
